Our philosophy consists of two primary principles: 

First, we are NOT your normal commercial mortgage bankers.  When you work with us, we will use our knowledge and creativity to structure the best loan for your circumstances.  Our underwriters are intelligent and creative bankers who find reasons to approve your loan instead of regular bankers who find reasons to deny your loan.  Our attitude is "how can we approve your loan?"   

Second, we believe that you have to give to get.  If we provide unique, honest and innovative solutions to our clients to help them achieve their dreams, we will achieve our dreams.

About Us

The principals of Fidelity Commercial Capital LLC are Frank Hrvojevic and David Gripman. 

Frank has over 15 years experience in the lending industry as a mortgage banker, branch manager and Vice President of Operations for a small lender, a federally-chartered bank, and for one of the largest lenders in the United States.

David has over 10 years experience as a mortgage banker and real estate attorney and has managed the marketing and legal departments for 2 mortgage lenders.
